BWY is proud to announce the launch of its Yoga DVD entitled A Spectrum of Yoga.

The DVD offers an entire sequence of practice from warm-ups through to pranayama and relaxation. There's also the option to view each of the exercises in isolation, with modifications and optional tutor guidance.

The DVD has a comprehensive menu with simple navigation easily accessed with your remote control. It also has a multiview feature for picture selection.
